LFT-D (long fiber reinforced thermoplastics) intelligent production line is mainly used in production of front-end module, bumper beam, dashboard skeleton, battery bracket, spare tire bunker, seat frame, foot rest and overall baseplate, hood, baggage rack, spare tire disk, mudapron, fan blades, engine chassis, roof lining frame, packaging products,  tray, military parts, sports equipment, electronics & electrical appliances etc.

We offer the latest complete set of technologies and production equipment, and can upgrade and transform based on the original backward technologies, so that users can greatly save costs. The user can have a full set of production equipment, such as LWRT raw material production equipment, heating furnace, manipulator, mold, press machine, shearing machine, cutting machine, punching machine, press tester and pelletizer.

We can provide users with technical consulting services for the whole production process, and help them to build new LFT production lines until deliver the products to the end user.
