采用多托盤堆垛的方式進行儲料，由兩軸伺服的堆垛機器人進行各個托盤間的轉運，各個料位的分度也由堆垛的機器人來完成，適合于儲存盤類、軸類、箱體類、異形件等零件，適用范圍廣，托盤可以整垛轉運，可以非常靈活地整合到工廠的物流系統中。

This system adopts multi-tray stacking mode for storing materials. Two-axis servo stacking robots perform the transfer between the trays, and the indexing of each material level is also completed by the stacking robot. It is suitable for storage of discs, shafts, cabinets and special-shaped parts, with wide applications. The trays can be transported in an integrated manner and can be flexibly integrated into the logistics system of the factory.  

旋轉料倉由驅動電機、減速機，鏈條、托盤、舉升裝置和控制系統等構成。料倉的旋轉采用減速機帶動鏈條旋轉實現，由傳感器控制料倉內托盤的位置，物料的進給采用電擊和減速機帶動鏈條上的托板升降來實現，自動料倉立的控制由獨立的PLC控制器完成。

The rotating silo consists of a drive motor, a reducer, a chain, a tray, a lifting device and a control system, etc. The silo is rotated by a chain driven a reducer. The position of the tray in the silo is controlled by the sensor. The feeding of the materials is realized by lifting and lowering the supporting plate on the chain driven by the motor and reducer, and the automatic silo is controlled by an independent PLC controller.
